Knackit is Fuelling Creator Economy for Tier-2 and Tier-3 influencers

The Pandemic has impacted many aspects of life, from how people live to how they choose a career path. We are no longer constrained to focus solely on industrialization; instead, we are starting to focus on the creator economy. Now we’re on our way to new possibilities for everyone who possesses some unique quality themselves.

If we try to understand the term “Creator Economy”, it is like two flip sides of a coin where on one side, a creator or influencer can create their content, become famous and earn money from it. And on the other side, fans or viewers can help those creators to monetize their creatives by supporting them through various platforms. In a nutshell, the Creator Economy is determined by two fundamental pillars: influencers and audiences.

As time has been changing and people are looking forward to new ideas and possibilities to grow, the economy for creators is expanding too. Over the last 18 months, the population of people interested in this field has increased. Moreover, a large number of investors have expressed an interest in investing in and supporting businesses and startups that aspire to do something different in this area.

Platforms like Patreon were the first startup to acquire momentum in the market, allowing content creators to expand by leveraging the digital platform. Also, there are a lot of startups that are trying to gain the market’s attention now and provide people the opportunity to work on their passion. These startups are divided into three categories under the creator economy and are supported through NFT’s, CryptoCurrency, Tipping, and subscription services.

In these above categories, a startup taking chances on creating a subscription-based platform is highly approachable by creators. One such startup that has recently received a lot of attention is Bangalore-based knackit.

Knackit is India’s first initiative that primarily focuses on assisting creators with the subscription-based platform. It gives people access to many more options than any app could. Any creator or influencer can use this platform to make live streaming videos and share the creative content they desire. People can also acquire a lot of attention from viewers by using this application. It enables influencers to become popular while also making money from their passion.

This online platform is growing in popularity among people by the day, with more than 230K+ creators and more than 1.5 million users. And, interestingly, everyone who wishes to work for and on their interest is invited to join this platform. It is designed to assist individuals like you and me to showcase our abilities to the rest of the world. Anyone can join this platform for free, whether they prefer dancing or wish to pursue a career as an artist. Basically, it promotes the idea that anyone can become famous and can become worth admiring.

Using this app has a lot of benefits for creators, such as allowing top-tier creators to operate their subscription plans on this platform and allowing audiences to subscribe for their exclusive stuff. One of the good things about this platform is that medium-level creators can use the tipping system, which means any viewer can directly give tips to the creator’s content that they like. Knackit doesn’t charge at all to any creator or audience to entertain and get entertained by creators when any audience supports any creator, this application ensures complete transparency between the viewer and the influencer.

For instance, when a viewer transfers some amount to the creator for their content, the total amount will be received by the creator, there is no deduction lies in this application, which is why people who want to make a move with their passion are more attracted to this platform because it is a complete transparent transferable application.

Another great thing about this application is that it is available for both android and IOS as well as it is a web-based application. And it is created to target global audiences. So, anyone in this world can use this application freely and can connect with creators or influencers no matter wherever you live. Furthermore, in this extremely competitive era, knackit is directly competing with Patreon, which gives it a distinct identity among the public.

To sum it up, in today’s era, youngsters have a lot more to offer to the world than just their grades on the mark sheet. They are now more attracted to creative opportunities and developing their extracurricular skills than just focusing on the same monotonous career options that they once had in their hand.

Now, a new era of becoming a celebrity is on a trend, even an average person can get an opportunity to show off their skills in front of the world, people no longer have to battle with not receiving what they want; creativity is becoming a new identity for an individual; all that is required is a desire, and the digital platform is available to help you advance in your profession. And the time has definitely come in India that creators and influencers can create their own identities.

Mr. Emmanuel Lenain, Axelor has made French Tech shine in Asia by winning one of the 2 most coveted prizes among the 14 awarded at the Indo-French Business Awards 2022.

Bangalore, March 2022 – Axelor, the French publisher of the eponymous modular and intelligent business management platform, announced that it received the Award for the best French Tech solution on March 10 in New Delhi, during the 4th edition of the Indo-French Business Awards 2022 (IFBA). Organized by the Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFCCI), this ceremony, in the presence of Mr. Franck Riester, Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Attractiveness, and under the patronage of the French Ambassador, H.E. Mr. Emmanuel Lenain, rewards each year the best technological solutions.

“This award, obtained in one of the most sought-after categories, demonstrates the excellence that Axelor brings to a buoyant and rapidly changing market,” says Laith Jubair, CEO and founder of Axelor. “This prize proves that it is not necessary to be a large group to make France stand out in the world: French excellence often comes from its SMEs… and Axelor is the proof.”

Over 100 applications received

The ceremony was attended by CEOs from leading French companies operating in India in sectors such as Aerospace and Defense, Mobility, Energy, and Consumer Goods, to name a few, at a formal dinner.

The Indo-French Business Awards presented awards in 12 categories. Over 100 companies applied from India and France. The categories “Best French tech” and “Most Innovative Product/Service” were particularly popular.

French dynamism in India

With over 1,000 French companies already operating in India, France has made a cumulative investment of $9.86 billion between April 2000 and June 2021, which is 1.80% of the total FDI flows to India. Similarly, there are about 200 subsidiaries of Indian companies established in France employing over 6,000 people. Today, for new expatriate candidates, India is the priority investment destination. This is evidenced by the fact that 39 of the largest French companies listed on Euronext Paris (CAC 40) have operations in India.

On the occasion of the award ceremony, Mr. Franck Riester, Minister for Foreign Trade and Economic Attractiveness, said: “I was pleased to present the 2022 IFCCI business awards and impressed by the dynamism of the Indo-French business community. Despite the pandemic, French companies have continued to invest heavily here, showing strong confidence in the Indian economy and its incredible potential. Today, there are over 600 French companies in India, employing over 350,000 people. With their world-class know-how and long-term commitment to India, French companies are perfectly positioned to support India in its urban, ecological, and digital transitions.”

IIESoc and INTC to organize the Connections 2022 – a post-IETF Forum online

India Internet Engineering Society (IIESoc) & Industry Network Technology Council (INTC) will be organizing the 5th iteration of Connections as a joint India-US fully online event on April 2-8, 2022.

The first Connections event was held in Bangalore in 2017 with a subsequent one also in Bangalore in 2018. The third Connections event was held in Kolkata in 2019 before we went fully online in 2020 because of the pandemic. This iteration will also be fully online, free, and generously sponsored by the Internet Society, APNIC Foundation, Juniper Networks & Cisco Systems.

Connections is an annual event to get protocol developers, enterprises, academicians, and network operators together on the same platform to discuss the latest problems facing the internet and the solutions relevant to them.  The event includes discussions on network deployments, operations, and the design of networks and protocols. The aim is also to educate and prepare new members for Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) involvement from underserved geographies and constituencies. This aligns well with the IIESoc’s mission which is focused on bridging the gap between India and the internet standards whereas the INTC’s mission is focused on the impact of internet standards and technologies in the traditional “Brick-n-Mortar” Enterprise networks.

We have a great line of speakers such as Bob Hinden (co-inventor of IPv6), Dr. Paul Vixie (Internet Hall of Fame inductee), Adrian Farrel (GMPLS and PCE pioneer), Geoff Huston (Chief Scientist), etc. The aim of the event is also to bring in diverse voices from all stakeholders in the Internet Community.

The event focuses on technology trends in IPv6 Extension headers, IoT, DNS, the latest trends in networking as well as problems that might be keeping our speakers up at night! This time we are also focusing beyond IETF and discussing other standards developing organizations (SDOs) with a focus on private 5G networks,  performance testing for Wi-Fi, and Broadband Forum User Services Platform (USP).

The esteemed speakers include service providers such as Satish Jamadagni (Reliance Jio) and Barbara Stark (ex-AT&T). From the network equipment vendor side we have Ron Bonica (Juniper), Dr. Pascal Thubert (Cisco), and Dr. Dirk Trossen (Huawei). We have a panel on IoT with special representations from Indian startups founders such as  Ravishankar G Shiroor (Stellapps), Rahul Jadhav (Accuknox), and Sundar Ramakrishnan (Pinaka Aerospace). From the academic side, Georgios Z. Papadopoulos (IMT Atlantique), Carsten Bormann (TZI), and Lincoln Lavoie (University of New Hampshire) will bring in their expertise! Not to miss out on Martin Thomson (Mozilla), Jason Walls (QA Cafe), Nalini Elkins (Inside Products), Shwetha Bhandari (ThoughtSpot), etc who will be bringing their unique perspective and expertise.

There is also a pre-Event focused on learning about IETF and listening directly from the long-term IETFers on Saturday 2nd April.

Find all the details and register at our website –  https://www.connections.iiesoc.in/

TrackoBit Fortifies the Gulf, Sets Up Office In Dubai

India spends 13% of its GDP on the logistics sector, which is the highest in the world. Developed economies such as the USA and Germany use 6-7% of their GDP. The scope of improvement is immense and that’s where TrackoBit taps into.

They ended the year 2021 on a high note by setting up a corporate office in Dubai in December last year.

After building a stronghold in the Indian market, TrackoBit navigates through the African and the GCC region at 3x speed. Even the Indian market leaders in the GPS Tracking Software domain failed to leave their mark in the Gulf countries. TrackoBit, however, carved a league of its own in the region.

With its advanced and futuristic Telematics solutions, TrackoBit delivers solutions beyond GPS Tracking. Their Fleet Management Software offers on-point vehicle diagnostics to driver monitoring, performance reports, and real-time trip updates to name a few.

India has hit a massive wave of start-ups in the last couple of decades. TrackoBit transforms traditional approaches and optimises operations, pace, and bottom line of the logistics industry.

Nitesh Goel and Pulkit Jain were roommates during the early days of their careers. They conceptualised TrackoBit in their bachelor pad in Noida. They gauged the potential of automation and AI in the sector very early and started building on their idea.

Commenting on initial challenges Nitesh said, “When we decided to take our idea seriously, I left my job to work full time towards it. Pulkit used to work 9 hours at Samsung and later join me from 6 pm till 12 am. It was important for one of us to work to provide for both families”.

TrackoBit solved logistical, operational, and analytical problems for TCI, JSW, Amazon, Maruti, Bonn Breads, and other giants. They are the pioneers in devising Agriculture Fleet Management software that solves the biggest challenge in modern-day farming i.e. automatic farm area calculation.

According to Pulkit, “Artificial Intelligence and Automation are the future of the industrial sector. 80% of the manual tasks will be automated in the coming years. In the logistics and supply sector alone, the scope for AI is expected to grow to USD 10 Billion.”

The market size of the transport and the logistics sector is projected to grow from $1.21 billion in 2017 to $10.30 billion by 2030. The role of Artificial Intelligence in the sector is expected to grow at a CAGR of 17.8% between the said period.

According to the reports by Gartner on Transportation Management Software (TMS), the global market is expected to grow from $1.32 billion to $2.11 billion (from 2019 through 2024). This is a growth of 60% over a five-year period.

Commenting on future plans, Pulkit stated “We plan to introduce eight new modules in the coming year including DMS-ADAS. NB-IoT has been a long-standing dream that we are working on. We have clients in 15 countries and we plan to expand to at least five other countries this year. We will achieve all this without compromising on our quality, user experience, and innovation.”
